It’s worth noting that in choosing yogurt to buy, it’s always best to pick the ones with fewer ingredients. If healthy yoghurt is your focus, you should stay away from yogurt with sucrose, glucose, agave nectar, buttered syrup, caramel, fruit juice, and cane sugar. These may be different names, but these are all just sugar.
